Satsyil Corp awarded task order to support the National Archives Records Administration (NARA) DAS/NAC O&M Requirement Task Order

HERNDON, VA. Satsyil Corp announced today that it has been awarded a contract to support the NARA’s DAS/NAC O&M Requirement

The National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) is an independent Federal agency whose mission is to preserve and to provide ready access to the historically valuable records of the Federal Government. Both the public and Government rely on NARA to meet an unlimited range of information needs from its records. To help meet this mission, NARA created the Description and Authority Service (DAS) system to describe NARA’s holdings and the National Archives Catalog (NAC) system to provide public access to the holdings described in DAS.

Satsyil Corp will support the operation and maintenance of the DAS and NAC systems, keeping the systems operating with supporting off-the-shelf software upgrades. Application-specific O&M will include all software and hardware associated with the servers, web-based applications, and networking.

Our team will establish and maintain processes to assist other NARA programs, projects, and partners in integrating and exchanging information with the DAS and NAC systems. We will provide integration services, including quality assurance, to NARA systems and partners to ensure successful integration.

Satsyil will maintain and monitor provisioned cloud resources and perform standard maintenance as needed. All responsibilities of O&M activities include monitoring system performance, health checks, reporting, and incident management of cloud environments.
