United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) awarded Satsyil an IAISS BPA to provide piloting, testing and implementation of advanced technologies to include, but are not limited to, Intelligent Automation/Artificial Intelligence ((AI) such as Blockchain/Distributive Ledger Technology (DLT), Micro-Services, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Robotic Process Automation (RPA) that are enabling a transformation in business processes and enhancing mission delivery.
Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC) awarded a Professional Consulting Services BPA to the Satsyil team. As part of this BPA, we are providing IT and Business Professional Services. For IT Professional Services, our team will be: Designing IT architecture; Performing systems integration; Documenting functional and systems requirements; Systems development/testing; Deploying code; Operations and Maintenance (O&M) of systems; Documenting IT policies and procedures consistent with best practices; Ensuring appropriate systems and data security, as well as a range of other IT consulting services. For Business Professional Services, USAC requires support for Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), Project Management Office (PMO), Risk Assessment, Business Requirements Analysis, Call Center Services, Program Planning & Management Services, Policy Development, Communications and Training, along with general consulting services.
Satsyil’s team entered into a Joint Venture Partner (JVP) relationship with NTIS. This JVP will assist NTIS in the development and implementation of innovative ways to collect, connect, access, secure, analyze, disseminate and enable effective/efficient use of data to address unique and/or complex national data priorities. Specifically, NTIS is interested in partnering with organizations that have specialized skills and capabilities in Applied Data Science areas, such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Robotics (RPA), and Cybersecurity to assist utilizing data as a strategic asset to achieve agency missions.

In 2018, Satsyil Corp was appraised at Maturity Level 3 of the CMMI Institute’s Capability Maturity Model Integration for Development (CMMI-DEV). This appraisal was performed by Maverick Quality Advisory Services.
CMMI is a set of global best practices that drives business performance through building/benchmarking key capabilities. CMMI-DEV provides guidance for process improvement across a project, department, or organization which will lead to lower costs, improved quality, and on time delivery of products and services. CMMI-DEV guidance covers products from conception through delivery and maintenance. These best practices are flexible enough to apply to a variety of industries, yet stable and consistent enough to provide a benchmark against which your organization can measure and compare itself.
When a company is appraised at CMMI-DEV, it means that the company has been trained, assessed, and appraised in the areas of product and service development. An appraisal at Maturity Level 3 indicates the organization is performing at a “defined” level (Process characterized for the organization is proactive). At this level, processes are well characterized and understood, and are described in standards, procedures, tools, and methods.
In 2018, Satsyil Corp was awarded International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9001:2015 for Software Development and Maintenance Services. ISO 9001:2015 is defined as the international standard for specific requirements for a Quality Management System (QMS). Organizations use this standard to demonstrate the ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and regulatory requirements. ISO 9001 helps organizations ensure their customers consistently receive high quality products and services, which in turn brings many benefits, including satisfied customers, management, and employees.
In 2018, Satsyil Corp was also awarded ISO/IEC27001:2013 for the provision of Information Security for Software Development and Maintenance Services. As per the statement of applicability, V1.1. ISO 27001 certification demonstrates that organizations have invested in the people, processes, and technology (tools and systems) to protect their customer’s data and provides an independent, expert assessment of whether that data is sufficiently protected.
