Over 40 years of successful public and private sector experience, including 30 years in the US Federal Government, with over 18 years as a federal senior executive. He was the U.S. General Services Administration’s Acting Administrator under President George W. Bush and GSA’s first Federal Acquisition Service Commissioner. He was also first Director of the DHS US-VISIT Program.
